“Being brave means knowing that when you fail, you don’t fail forever”.

About me

I’m a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor based in Bristol, who specialises in helping clients with a range of mental health issues relating to depression, disconnection, anxiety, isolation, relationships, loss, trauma, childhood trauma and addiction.

As well as providing private counselling in Bristol, I work for a charity organisation that supports individuals with drug and alcohol issues.

With many years of experience, I am a registered member of NCS (National Counselling Society). I uphold the highest standards and my work as a Bristol counsellor is in line with BACP’s professional ethics and code of conduct. I also have a foundation degree in Arts of Counselling from the University of Plymouth, which is accredited by NCS. You can view my profile on ‘Psychology Today’ on the link below.
